This policy explains how Forte Medical Solutions ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website, www.forte-medical.co.za, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

Forte Medical Solutions is a medical billing and accounts administration bureau based in Randburg, Johannesburg.

2. What we collect

Contact forms: your name, email address, telephone number (where asked), subject and message.
Phone and email: if you call or email us, your number or address and what you tell us.
Cookies and similar technologies: see section 5. Analytics and marketing cookies are only used if you agree to them.

Please do not send patient health information through the website forms.

3. Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and discuss our services with you.
If you agree to analytics cookies, to understand how the website is used so that we can improve it.
If you agree to marketing cookies, to measure how well our adverts work.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Who we share it with

Form messages are delivered by email through our website hosting provider. We use Google Tag Manager to manage the tools on this site. Only if you agree to analytics or marketing cookies, information about your visit is processed by Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn. These providers may process it outside South Africa.

5. Cookies

Essential: needed for the site to work, including remembering your cookie choice (stored in your browser for 12 months).
Analytics (optional): Google Analytics.
Marketing (optional): Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn conversion and remarketing tags.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, or as required by law. If an enquiry does not lead to a client relationship, we delete it after 12 months.

7. Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to its use for direct marketing. Contact our Information Officer (see section 8).
